Hoo…buddy. It feels like I haven’t blogged in several decades. But simultaneously, it feels like it was just yesterday when I put out a real blog post. Oh well. When you play Elden Ring for thirteen hours straight you start to lose your perception of time I may be rusty, but it’s good to be back.
I’m sure you’re all dying to know if I beat NaNoWriMo (as evidenced by the imaginary hundreds of millions of emails I have received asking the question). However, the sad answer is that no, I didn’t. On the days that I wrote, I wrote strong. But starting one particular Friday when I got my hands on Halo: Reach, everything got…glassed. (obscure Halo reference)
However, I have returned to publicly test my own mental instability in front of you, pushing it to its limits before collapsing into a shriveled mess. Wait, huh? What am I saying? Did you know that Liberty Mutual customizes your car insurance, so that you only pay for what you need?
Jokes aside, I’ve had a real good time in the month of November. We had family over for Thanksgiving, I’ve been writing like a maniac for three quarters of the time. It’s been a great month in which a lot of work–and fun–happened. I’m pretty sure that Stuffing is a divine revelation from God’s own mind at this point.
So, as promised, I am going back to posting daily Monday-Friday. The subject has not changed beyond that of fiction writing, but my YouTube remains a bit more of a “all-round” sphere when it comes to entertainment. I promise to keep the more, ah, controversial content there. Here we talk strictly writing: elsewhere, well…we’ll see where the winds blow, shall we?
But I don’t really have a particular topic for this blog post, other than to say that A). I’m back, and B). That I still have nothing insightful to say that more insightful blog posts like this one are coming in the near future.
