Your heart races as your fingers glide across the keyboard, forming the words Silvie’s about to say. “W-what? What is that supposed to mean?” She says, backing up against a wall. Lord Antiwinter advances, smiling evilly.
“It means exactly what I said it did.” Said Lord Antiwinter. “I’m going to ask you a few questions, and you’re going to answer them exactly how I ask them.” You write him pulling out a gun and pointing it at Silvie with a smug smile on your face. Knowing the lord’s character, you need to make him mean business to extract the information you need.
You make Silvie deign submission. “Please, please don’t harm me!” You write her saying. “What do you want to know?”
“Where is the Veltross keeping Van Ghalta?” Says Lord Antiwinter.
Wait…that was wrong. Why did you write that? That was awfully odd. You hit the backspace button until you erase that sentence, and replace it with “Don’t play the fool with me!” He said, striding forward angrily. “You know very well of what I want!”
Silvie crouched and looked up. “It’s…it’s the Infinity Gauntlet, isn’t it?” She said.
“My dear, a charming ploy.” Said Lord Antiwinter. “But no. Where is the Veltross keeping Van Ghalta?”
You hit backspace again, shocked at what you just wrote. Who was the Veltross, and why did he want Van Ghalta? You glance over your shoulder at Van Ghalta, who’s typing away at his keyboard merrily. In this simulation, you never know who to trust.
They keep telling you that Lord Antiwinter is not your ally.
